Important Delivery Notes

I pack and dispatch all jewellery orders twice daily from Melbourne, VIC within one business day. To receive your House of Whitty purchase by December 24th, please place your order by the dates listed.

Metro vs. Regional: The dates listed apply to Metro delivery networks. If you are in a regional or remote location (especially in WA or NT), please order 3-4 days earlier than the dates listed to avoid disappointment.

New Zealand Orders: Express Post is highly recommended for all NZ orders placed after December 10th to clear customs in time for Christmas.

GENERAL SHIPPING NOTES

I post twice daily. Jewellery purchased with general trading hours is shipped the same day. All paintings are made to order and ship within one week of purchase. T-shirts are made to order and ship within one week of purchase. If you're in a hurry and want to pick up your order in Melbourne, if I can accommodate the request, I will.
