Returns & Refunds


Life’s too short to own things you don’t love.
If you’ve ordered an art print and it’s not doing it for you, send it back. Simple as that. No hoops, no guilt. (Between us, no one’s ever returned one, but the offer stands, genuinely.)


Jewellery is a little different. If a piece has been worn, I can’t take it back. That’s just the nature of the thing. But if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please reach out. I’d rather hear about it than have you quietly disappointed.


If something breaks within the first 12 months, I’ll replace it. No questions asked, no awkward emails required. Just get in touch and we’ll sort it out.


And if something breaks after that? Still get in touch. I can’t promise anything, but I’ll always try to help if I can.


Here’s the thing, I didn’t choose this life for the money. I chose it because I love making beautiful things that other people will love for a long time. The last thing I ever want is for you to regret reaching into your pocket to support that.
